The flat´s location is ideal in the old city centre. Booking in was straightforward with Elvira meeting us at the entrance and showing us around. She also forwarded a list of recommendations on WhatsApp. The flat is a great size and with a superb view of the cathedral. The bells do stop at 11pm and don´t start again until 8am.

Location is superb: close to everything and, if not, close to the bus bringing you there. We took the bus from the airport to the apartment and it couldn’t be easier. The communication was great, via WhatsApp, quick and useful. Rubén welcomed us, super friendly and with good information to share. The apartment is nicely decorated, fully equipped (even washing machine and washing capsules). Although in the middle of everything, not noisy.

However, we try to provide everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine in the flat, as detailed on our website, so that our guests can make use of it for such situations if needed. As for cleaning supplies, we generally leave available dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, rubbish bags, paper and cleaning utensils. We are sorry if these were not sufficient during your stay.

Lamentamos el problema que ha tenido con el sistema de calentamiento de agua. Al tratarse de un sistema eléctrico, la caldera tiene una capacidad de almacenamiento de agua caliente que, si se agota por completo, hay que esperar un tiempo para que el agua caliente se regenere de nuevo. No obstante, tomamos nota de sus sugerencias para mejorar y ampliar la capacidad de todos nuestros sistemas de agua caliente, evitando así situaciones similares en el futuro.

The entrance to elevator is in narrow street, which drunk people used to do their business, atleast twice during 4 night stay. A motion sensor or camra would work as deterent.

The apartment was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was right in the middle of everything and we enjoyed walking everywhere. It was also surprisingly quiet!
This is not a negative at all...and it was definitely not a problem for us....but if you have mobility issues, take care in working with the management company to figure out the best way to get there.

Nos gustó todo......ubicación super céntrica del casco histórico andando......cómodo, limpio......lo más agradable fue el aire acondicionado al ser en Agosto se estaba muy a gusto para descansar El anfitrión muy amable y atento a la hora de recibirnos e indicarnos sitios de interés para visitar. Si tuviera que volver a Granada volvería a hospedarme en ese mismo sitio.....para repetir!!!
Ubicación excelente, limpio, cuidado, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Con mucha vida durante el día y muy tranquilo por la noche.
