Al entrar, le recibe el salón que dispone de un cómodo sofá cama, una mesa auxiliar y unos amplios ventanales, fondo a la izquierda se encuentra la cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios para su uso, a la derecha del salón bajas tres escalones, y se encontraría el dormitorio equipado con cama doble y un baño completo en suite con ducha.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de recepción y custodia de equipajes. 5€ por maleta y día.
• Limpieza periódica semanal y cambio de ropa de cama, y baño obligatoriamente en estancias superiores a 6 noches. Incluida en el precio.
