Un bonito apartamento con una ubicación espectacular. Todo perfecto para repetir

Estancia fantástica y super céntrica
La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, definitivamente creo que es lo que más destacaría. El alojamiento luego está muy bonito y acogedor decorado. Vinieron a traernos las llaves y nos enseñaron el alojamiento, aunque tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por llegar más tarde de las 21:00. La atención y respuesta del anfitrión también funcionó muy bien. Nos faltaron unas toallas, y enseguida nos las trajeron. En baño te dejan unas pastillas de jabón y en la cocina lo necesario para hacerte los primeros cafés.
Pasamos un poco de frio, ya que visitamos en enero y los aparatos de aire venían con unos presets y no logramos subir la temperatura para que funcionaran como calefacción.

Casa in ottima posizione e con tutto l’occorrente per trascorrerci qualche giorno. Anche la cucina aveva tutto il necessario.
Il secondo bagno era molto piccolo e non aveva la doccia.

Lo mejor que tiene és la ubicación, en pleno centro de Granada. Puedes ir en taxi a cualquier lado por unos 7€.

I only gave Carlos’s place for stars because we really had a mishap within two or three days. A really horrible mold smell started coming from the downstairs bathroom so horribly my daughter had to move out of the downstairs. After a while, a handyman came and sprayed it with Killz which created more fumes. We got back onto the platform after ‎they had us move to W.A. and Carlos opened up one of his other units for us which was really nice and in an even better location. So! Our original unit had some construction problems (turns out water ran from bathroom to the walls (downstairs), but the next unit was really, really lovely. We celebrated Christmas at the 2nd unit (nice kitchen), and slept comfortably. Once Ruben, who works for Carlos(?), jumped in, he was really wonderful, and apologetic. He even left treats for us at the second unit. We would definitely recommend the apartment we ended up in (just not this original stay). Whew! Long-winded.

Nice apartment in Granada. There´s an elevator. The whole building is for tourist accommodation. 2 bedrooms. One of them is located on the basement with it´s own bathroom. Small kitchen but it had all we needed for a quick coffee in the morning. It has a washer and they include detergent which was super helpful!

wonderful experience. even managed to get last min tkts to Alhambra thru them. only thing is bathroom downstairs wasn´t really working well. it flooded too easily.

Great place to stay in Granada! Cozy and comfortable place!

Fantastic location and a well equipped flat - we travelled as a couple, and it had all we needed and so close to food shops and tapas bars as well as Granada’s beautiful sights. The hosts care for the building well, the central courtyard is cool and peaceful

The apartment is centrally Located and within easy access of all the tourist sites. We really enjoyed setting out immediately into the action . The apartment is set in a lovely calm oasis around a central courtyard. Very responsive host and he met us on time . Useful underground parking very close to the apartment which is very handy as the centre is not really suitable. For cars.

L´appartement est magnifique et très bien situé, en plein centre de Grenade. Vraiment idéal pour découvrir cette belle ville. Un séjour très agréable. Tout est neuf. Par contre la douche de la chambre du bas n´est vraiment pas pratique. Un four à micro-ondes serait aussi très apprécié.

The apartment was exactly as described . The second bathroom which is attached to the downstairs bedroom is small but useable. overall it was a good stay for 3 nights. The AC units kept the apartment cool and it´s nice to be able to sit out in the small patio area to relax.

Great space, perfect/easy location and just what our family of 4 needed and hoped for!

This room was a gem! Beautiful inside and exceptional location. The entry to the room was so open an airy, and made you feel like you were transformed to another place. We easily walked everywhere and felt very safe. The room was SO wonderful that we wished we had more time to hang out in it, but we were busy soaking in the exceptional sites in Granada. We would HIGHLY recommend this room and would love to go back! Exceptional!!!

This place was in a great location, in between the cathedral and the San Jeronimo monastery, with plenty of places very near to eat, drink and visit. We walked from the apartment up to the Alhambra for our visit there - quite steep but a great start to the day for a 9am slot. The apartment is over 2 floors and you come in off the street to a beautiful, calm and cool house with a courtyard looking up to the sky. The apartment is then up on the 1st floor but there is a lift if needed. We had our own little seating area outside the front door. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs; the main one being on the same floor as the kitchen and living area. Furnishings were good quality and overall, it was a great place for 2 couples. The only issue we had was with the shower in the downstairs ensuite but hopefully the owners will address the issues we had with it. Otherwise, a lovely place in a great location.

Beautiful apartment and a wonderful surrounding area. There are many things to do nearby as well. Slight issue with water leaking out the shower but just take a quick one and it’s fine. Besides that the apartment was amazing.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt in der Innenstadt. Sehr groß, wie beschrieben, sauber und netter Host. Jederzeit wieder! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

great location which was just off the catedral and plazas w lots of restaurants and the san agustin market. apartment in itself was very nicely done and quiet despite being in the town center. a bit of downer that the 2nd smaller ensuite was too small to be a functioning shower (it floods and water gets everywhere). otherwise fantastic place to be based out of in granada. be sure to pre-book parking space with genteel homes, or park at san juan dios parkia instead of san agustin parkia. overall a great stay.

It was a perfect house. All needs have been considered. In a central location. You can go to nice restaurants and tourist spots by walking. If we go to Granada again we will definitely stay here!

The location is very close to the old town and it´s a very well renovated house. Although the shower in the second bathroom was a little bit strange, the apartment is suitable for a short stay in Granada, which is, by the way, a beautiful city.

Très bel appartement dans un patio andalou très agréable. en plein centre-ville, tout est à proximité, même l´Alhambra à 15 min à pied. la décoration de l´appartement est très soignée. nous le recommandons !

Amazing little oasis in Granada.

Really wonderful apartment right by the Cathedral. Restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza Nueva . Apartment itself felt brand new, lovely decorations and well equipped. we really enjoyed the little terrace space too.
