Perfect location, charming apartment and good amenities
A spacious apartment in a charming building and green neighborhood. Everything I needed for a short stay and some relaxation. Communication with the kind guest service team was easy and prompt. I liked that the living area is very bright and inviting and it has direct access to the (sunny) terrace. A separate kitchen with enough appliances, crockery and there is an outside pantry with a washing machine. The main bedroom is comfortable, has a firm mattress, enough closet space and easy access to the modern bathroom with shower. The location of the apartment is perfect, in a residential area but also with many restaurants and cafes, public transportation, taxis, 10 min walk to old town and a few minutes away from the beach. Very pleasant stay!
Even though the apartment was tidy and dust free, clean floors, kitchen and bathroom, I believe the living area (couch and rug) could use a more proper cleaning and the calcium build up in the shower can be resolved easily as well, this way it can be really spotless which makes all the difference in this lovely apartment.

Chill out stay
The apartment is very cozy and spacious. We loved chilling out on a balcony and in the living room. The location is really great for going to the beach. It´s in a walking distance to the old town. We got into a little problem at the end of the stay and our lovely host helped us to figure it out within 20 mins.
Keys should be somewhere in the locker, not given by a host - it´d solve many problems. We only got 1 set and with 4 people it was problematic when we weren´t going in and out together. The carpet and sofa were not clean, we wished somebody vacuumed them before our stay. The kettle in the kitchen could use some descaling. Both showers are leaking unfortunately. In the shower you can only control the temprature, not amount of water flowing and you can easily flood the bathroom.

Marbella get away
Great stylish, specious apartment for 2 couples. Well equipped and central to beach, shops and restaurants and very quiet at night . We would definitely stay again if the issues we encountered were addressed.
We didn´t receive early check-in even when requested. We then requested to drop our luggage off which was declined . We had a 4.5 hour wait to get in, which wasted our first day, as we´d already been travelling from 3am that morning and arrived in Marbella at 10.30am. There was only one set of keys for 2 couples. To access the building , there was a Main gate and inner block door plus the apartment door. This was very unsatisfactory when trying to do separate things as couples

La propiedad es muy bonita y elegante, limpia, cómoda y espaciosa. La ubicación es genial, a 5 minutos a pie del mar, el servicio de alquiler de coches está en el edificio más cercano, hay un supermercado en el mismo edificio. La terraza es genial!
Los dos baños estaban goteando, contacté con el alojamiento y accedieron a enviar al fontanero lo antes posible, pero lo pedimos después de hacer el check out.

Muito agradável recomendo
Muito bem localizado, espaçouso, limpo. Praia a 4 minuto a pé, muitos restaurantes nas próximidades, supermercado é só descer as escadas. Só é pena não ter lugar de garagem pois é dificil estacionar nesta zona. Foi muito agradável.
De não ter lugar de garagem, foi o maior incoveniente que tivemos. E talvez pudessem dar mais uma toalha para o chão do wc, o poliban deita muita água para fora por mais cuidado que se tenha.

Amazing apartment, so nicely decorated, such a cute apartment. It was perfect for a few days away with the girls. The showers overflowed at times so we needed the mop close by but this was only a small issue as the rest of the apartment was above and beyond our expectations. The host was super responsive when we messaged about something. Thanks so much for our stay.

Appartement agréable et très bien placé
L´appartement est tel que sur les photos, très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé. Emplacement idéal, proche des commerces, restaurants, calme - pas trop de passage de voitures- et plage à 5 minutes à pieds. Idéal aussi si vous venez pour des cours d´espagnol ( c´était notre cas...) car l´école Enforex est dans le même bâtiment! Exposition plein sud permettant de profiter du balcon.
Le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait, car la propreté était approximative. Je n´ai su qu´en fin de semaine qu´un ménage avec changement des serviettes de toilette pouvait être fait en milieu de semaine, dommage, cela aurait été apprécié. Il faudrait le signaler dès le début, ça serait mieux. Pas de place de parking prévue avec l´appartement et les parkings à Marbella sont chers...

Labai gera lokacija. Apartamente yra gerai įrengta virtuvė su orkaite, indaplove, kaitlente, mikrobangų krosnele, dideliu šaldytuvu ir skalbimo mašina. Apartamentai su erdvia bendrąja zona ir terasa. Du miegamieji su dviem vonios kambariais.
Būdavo sunku kiekvieną kartą rasti parkavimo vietą. Norėtųsi tamsių užuolaidų miegamuosiuose, nes ankstyva šviesa žadindavo per anksti. Girdėjosi triukšmas iš gatvės.

The apartment is clearly and accurately described. Great location as it’s a maximum 15min drive from most places and a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms are perfect for a short stay and the living areas are very spacious. The balcony adds great openness to the apartment. Slight downside, the bathrooms tend to flood when showering, although this didn’t bother us too much. Overall, fantastic place and highly recommend.

Awesome holidays!!! Grate host! There was all You need for holidays. Property is close to everything- beach and Old town of Marbella. All bars and cafes are working every day. In the morning You can go down and there are cafes next to property where You can eat breakfast OR if You want to make Your own- can buy everything You need in market right next to property entrance. There is kitchen in apartment with dish waching machine, fridge, stove and all other stuff you might need. Apartment is well decorated and modern. Even If You want to watch TV, You will find anything You want- we choose Netflix. There are 2 seperate bedrooms- one with big double bed, other with 2 beds. But if there comes bigger family sofa bed is comfortable for sleeping too. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. Towels are there too. We bought towels for going to beach because those in apartment are white and they would be damaged if we use them. Loved to sit on balcony in the evening, there is a lot of space. Even if it is raining, balcony is dry. There is air conditioner in both bedrooms and living room. We travelled with kid and concerned about sleeping at night but it wasn´t loud there. In the evening we went eating to beach side or Old town. Everything is close by car if You want to have fun with kids or just love to be active during Your holidays, for example- Benalmadena Cable car or Selwo Adventure as same as Selwo Marina. Also Aquamijas (should reserve tickets before). We recimmend to go to Ronda for one full day. Only thing You might think about is parking- we rented a car and parking is right there, next to entrance, as same as market, BUT we had a bus, and the hight of it was around 1,8m. In parking next to this property we couldn´t get in. Anyway, we found parking very close, but be ready that it will cost You 30EUR a day or 0,55 cents for a minute.

Muy buena estancia, aun que el acceso con carrito de bebé no es práctico, debería haber alguna rampa para poder acceder al patio interior, también he echado e menos parking privado.
