Para acceder al apartamento hay que coger un pequeño tramo de escaleras. Al entrar al apartamento, accedemos al amplio y moderno salón, amueblado con mobiliario de alta calidad y elementos de diseño. También cuenta con un sofá cama doble de 1,50 x 1,90, lo que le da al apartamento capacidad para hasta 4 personas. El salón tiene un pequeño balcón que da a la calle, lo que le da mucha luz natural.

La televisión no iba bien, había zonas descuidadas como cajones mal, el sofá bastante incómodo. La calle es estrecha y las vistas son a un edificio apuntalado. Mala insonorización, hay un restaurante debajo y se oye a la gente salir y si se quedaban hablando en la puerta podías escuchar cada palabra y entrando la madrugada la gente que salía de los bares de fiesta pasaban hablando alto y se escuchaba todo. Es una entreplanta/primero sin ascensor. No son pegas muy importantes pero para el precio que hemos pagado desde luego que me ha parecido mala relación calidad-precio.

Beautiful modern apartment in a great location with WiFi and cold air conditioning.
There are a few apartments at this address and my apartment was on a “half-floor” so the stairs were required. This is not as marketed. There was also a mosquito problem inside this one apartment. I killed about 50 while there for 2 nights and am now covered in bite marks.

El sofá cama no era del todo cómodo. No llega el ascensor, íbamos con una persona mayor y no nos comentaron ese detalle. Para 4 personas tiene un tamaño justo porque al final 2 personas tienen que dormir en el salón y eso limita un poco la comodidad, pero es verdad que cuando vas por turismo el tiempo que pasas en la casa es mínimo.

Como se describe en el anuncio, el apartamento se encuentra en una entreplanta, por lo que es necesario salvar un tramo a pie; nosotros siempre sugerimos subir a la segunda planta, desde la cual únicamente habría que bajar ocho escalones hasta la puerta del apartamento. Por otro lado, para salir, recomendamos bajar a la primera planta para tomar el ascensor hasta la planta baja, evitando así subir escaleras en todo momento. También nos gusta ofrecer públicamente en nuestros anuncios el tamaño del alojamiento y el número de camas y sofás cama antes de realizar la reserva.

We always try to book accomodation with a lift, the property was advertised with a lift but we had to use a big flight of marble stairs. We had a large amount of luggage and getting in and out was daunting.

En la cocina: si no pones el extractor(que es súper ruidoso),hay gotas de humedad por toda la cocina y salpica mucho el grifo de la cocina cuando lavas los platos.A parte eso todo estaba bien

The street was very noisy at night, all night. We had to climb a very steep marble staircase to our room. (I think there was a lift, but we weren’t shown how to use it.) Instructions on using the microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine would have been appreciated.

The accommodation is located right in the middle of the old town. If you are looking for a bit quiet, then you have to look for something outside, because it is just like it is - in the evening it is the time to go out. Especially Saturday, there is a lot going on on the streets until deep into the night and you can hear that in the bedroom of course. It did not bother us, as we knew that the accommodation is very centrally located. Right next to the property is one of the most delicious tapas bars, we ate there 2x because the operator and the food were just great! Accommodation is recommended, but could have been cleaner
Cleanliness. The fridge smelled like fish for 3 days. Although the cleaning staff cleaned it again, the smell was just unbearable. We eventually remedied ourselves and put a cup of vinegar oil in the fridge to get out the pretty disgusting fish stank. Unfortunately, the floor was not wiped clean either, our crawling baby had black hands and feet right after the key was handed over. The contact person took care of it quickly and sent the cleaning team over for the next day, after that the floor was clean.

Very clean, stylish apartment in an excellent location for Cadiz
There was quite a bit of street noise. Partly that is the charm of Cadiz and I would imagine not unique to this accommodation. In fact the location is a quiet street.

The location was perfect and the property was characterful, comfortable and very well equipped. The local staff couldn´t have been more helpful with check in and their recommendations were all excellent. We ha d a great time.

No estuviera cerca de la playa. Teníamos que coger el autobús para ir a playa Victoria. El acceso al apartamento con escaleras de mármol muy empinada, poco práctico con niños pequeños o personas mayores.
