Upon entering the duplex, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with an integrated full kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for its use. On the other hand, there is the northeast-facing terrace, offering relaxing views and a quiet space. On the ground floor, we find two bedrooms, each with two single beds of 90 cm x 2 m, large wardrobes, and large windows. Furthermore, both bedrooms have a full bathroom with a shower.

Não tem estacionamento disponível! Apesar de sabermos que é possível parar no subsolo pois o apartamento tem direito a isso, não nos foi disponibilizado acesso que deve ser por uma chave específica. Tivemos que parar na rua e foi um caos. Tem máquina de café porém não tem café. Normalmente as acomodações deixam um pouco. Deixaram também um rolo de papel higiênico apenas para nós e pouco sabonete.

Lamentamos profundamente el inconveniente que ha experimentado con el estacionamiento. Efectivamente, nuestro alojamiento cuenta con un parking privado para comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. Sin embargo, en ciertas épocas del año, como la temporada de verano, es posible que se llene debido a la mayor afluencia de visitantes en la urbanización, lo que escapa a nuestro control directo.
