Discover this dúplex newly renovated duplex featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious private terrace.

It is located in a quiet, well-kept urbanisation with 24-hour security service. It also has a swimming pool open from June to September and a covered parking space.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living room that connects with a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for your use and a charming bow window dining table. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area that includes a sofa, an armchair, a Smart TV, and a side table. From here, you can access the private terrace, where a cozy sofa area awaits you, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent climate of the Costa del Sol.

Ascending the stairs from the living room, you reach the first floor where the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom, on the right, offers two beds measuring 90 cm x 2 m, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two beds measuring 90 cm x 2 m, built-in wardrobes, and pleasant views of the complex’s side street, with a bathroom located in the hallway.

A short distance from the duplex, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, beauty centers, supermarkets, and the charming Marbella promenade. The famous Golden Mile is just a 5-minute drive away, and Marbella’s city center is a 10-minute walk.

I have never left a bad airbnb review but I feel I must for this property. Firstly, Rocio is not the actual manager of the property and referred me to a different person every time I had an issue. The property itself is in a nice area about 10-15 minutes walk to the old city of Marbella. It is bit on the older side but is well maintained with a beautiful balcony. The issue we encountered was with the poor maitenence. The AC made a very loud, rumbling, buzzing sound every 20 minutes in both bedrooms for the entire duration of our stay. It was inescapable. The property manager knew about prior to renting to us. The kitchen sink drain started leaking heavily on our 3rd day and luckily we found the problem. The electricity panel that controlled the washing machine and refirgerator tripped and would not go back on and our clothing got stuck in the washing machine. The shower leaked all over the bathrrom and hallway. Overall, a terribly maintained property.
