The person who met us was super friendly and helpful and responsive by Phone throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely, with two balconies, very clean and new.
A few things let the otherwise excellent accommodation down à bit. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, maybe it´s a general problem in the area ? As the streets smelled a bit as well. Pans with glass lids kept on a very high shelf, not very safe. Well equipped but no chopping board or tea towel. The bedroom was very light at night due to thin curtains and big security lights in the area.

There were 5 of us. It´s not a problem to sleep on a sofa bed, but the one you offer is really very uncomfortable. Small dimensions, very thin mattress with a hollow in the middle. Your sofa bed is not up to par with the rest of the apartment. The water heater can be noisy; especially if you sleep on the couch. Very quiet area except when the son of one of the neighbors decides to organize a party. Rodeo of scooters with tampered exhaust pipes until 3am.

De la ducha salía olor a desagüe, que llegaba a todo el apartamento. Nos quejamos y vinieron a limpiarlo, pero el olor seguía ahí. Entonces nos dijeron que, para no molestar, ya lo mirarían cuando terminase nuestra estancia, pero aún nos quedaba más de una semana, así que dijimos que lo arreglasen. Vinieron a arreglarlo y ni siquiera tocaron la puerta, sino que abrieron con su llave sin avisar. Estuvieron ahí un buen rato y nos dijeron que ya estaba listo. No solo no lo habían arreglado, sino que el olor ahora venía tanto de la ducha como de la rejilla de desagüe, así que ya lo dejamos por imposible. Redujimos el olor tapándolos con papel transparente, pero cada vez que nos íbamos a duchar había que destaparlo y el olor volvía a salir. Aparte de eso, cuando llegamos el apartamento no estaba limpio. Cocina sucia, cubiertos con restos, copas con pintalabios... Avisamos y vinieron al día siguiente limpiar. Fregaron toda la casa (terraza, baño, dormitorios y salón) sin cambiar el agua de la fregona y les enseñamos dos copas de muestra y sólo limpiaron ésas dos. Aparte, el día en que nos íbamos, revisando por todas partes para no dejarnos nada, encontramos debajo del sofá un calcetín que no era nuestro. A saber cuánto tiempo llevaba ahí. La mesa y el suelo de la terraza tenían manchas. Vinieron y lo limpiaron, pero las manchas seguían ahí. Las mismas mujeres de la limpieza nos dijeron que los materiales no eran buenos y que era imposible quitar las marcas. Al menos podrían poner un mantel en la mesa para taparlas, o cambiar el cristal. El parking no está mal, aunque tiene techo sólo para 3 coches. Además, al no tener líneas pintadas para delimitar las plazas, la disponibilidad depende de que la gente sea responsable aparcando. Durante algunos días hubo un coche que estaba mal aparcado, haciendo complicado el acceso. Se supone que no está permitido fumar en los apartamentos, pero nuestros vecinos fumaban y nos llegaba el olor a tabaco por la ventana.
