El piso está en una ubicación estupenda, junto a la plaza de san Antonio. Tiene ascensor y es perfectamente accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, tanto en el portal como en el propio piso. Esta información a veces es complicada de encontrar, así que por eso es que hago hincapié en este tema. Muy espacioso, súper luminoso y muy cómodo. Y con un terrazón privado muy grande. Es tranquilo para por las noches y dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La atención de Javier también estupenda.
Le falta un espejo de cuerpo entero. Por lo demás, estupendo!

Das Apartment liegt in einem vollständig renovierten und modernisierten, ruhigen, schönen Wohnkomplex nur etwa 100 m von der zentralen Plaza San Antonio entfernt. Unter der Plaza befindet sich eine Tiefgarage, somit ideal für die Anreise und das Abstellen eines Fahrzeuges. Das Apartment 3B ist sehr geräumig, liegt im 3. Stock und hat eine eigene große Dachterrasse mit großem Esstisch und Lounge-Möbeln. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind gut, die Bäder ausreichend groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. dem Service Personal, das die Schlüssel übergeben und die Einweisung vorgenommen hat, war problemlos. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen !
Über die Art der Kaffeezubereitung (Pulver, Kapseln, Pads etc ) sollte ein Hinweis gegeben werden, der die Nachfrage im Vorfeld überflüssig macht. Es war eine Nespresso-Maschine.

La ubicación excepcional. Aunque es una zona donde no se puede aparcar hay un parking a 180 m a 15 € el día. Decoración moderna y con mucho gusto. Las camas bastante cómodas. Menaje muy completo.

spacious, in wonderful condition, superb outside area, much more than just Aa ‘terrace’ beautifully furnished, lovely kitchen owner let us in, made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets etc. all sent to us via WhatsApp

Superfreundlicher Gastgeber, Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert! In diese Wohnung hätte ich sofort einziehen können! Außerordentlich sauber, hell, alles in weiß gehalten. wunderbare Dachterrasse, ein großer Schirm wäre noch schön gewesen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, nachts absolut ruhig. Cafés und Supermärkte sind fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr umfangreich mit Informationen versorgt bezüglich Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
