Entering the apartment, we find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a double sofa-bed of 1.40 m, 2 armchairs, a Smart TV, and a coffee table. This room has high ceilings with wooden beams and a balcony, which gives it great light.

Convenient location, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are clean with good amenities but paper disposal is a big issue.
I have travelled to many cities in Europe before (and many other countries living in heritage hotels/buildings), but have never encountered a place where I was told I cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet bowl. Instead we had to throw them in garbage bags and dispose them together with other rubbish, which was only collected every night outside the building. The host provided us with a few garbage bags.....but we did not expect this at all. I understand heritage buildings would have some sewage problem but perhaps it is not something that a tourist would like to burden himself with??? Definitely a No No for me next time.

Todo estaba genial Las instalaciones estupendas con 4 habitaciones de un gran tamaño y 3 baños con ducha. Éramos 10 personas y estuvimos cómodos en todo momento. La cocina disponía de todo lo necesario. El salón está unido a la cocina lo que hace todo más cómodo. La atención por parte de Javier y Ana fue estupenda.
El olor a cañerías que desprendía en aire acondicionado (pero no dependía del alojamiento en si). Además no olía apenas.

The apartment was just perfect. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it was excellent. Large and great space for the 8 of us. Staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I would say is that they could update some of the towels but overall our stay was 10/10

Manque d´ascenseur ce qui est dommage quand on doit monter toutes les valises à la mainet de sèche linge (pour un séjour cours, nous ne pouvons pas utilisé la machine à laver, sous peine de repartir avec du linge mouillé, c´est dommage d´autant que l´appartement ne manque pas de place)..

La ubicación perfecta y muy cerca un parking, las instalaciones tal como salen en la foto, muy buena decoración y limpieza, el anfitrión muy atento.
Por poner una pega , tiene un pequeño tramo de escaleras , no muchas pero viajaba con mi suegro de 80 y con el carro del pequeño.

The whole property was impeccably wonderful. The furnishings and the amenities included were a delight. To date, this is the best Booking.com apartment rental that I have been in. Kudos to Jesus who have been very patient and gracious enough to provide crucial information about Cadiz.
unfortunately, there was an incidence to no fault of the owners. There was a lingering sewer smell in the building that got into the apartment. I sprayed some deodorizer which helped alleviate these issue. I reported this to the owner and I hope they could fix it before the next guests.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro histórico de Cádiz y está a solo 15 minutos andando de la playa de la Caleta. Javier nos recibió para explicarnos todo acerca del apartamento y nos mandó recomendaciones sobre lugares que visitar y sitios donde comer. Es una zona muy tranquila sin ruido por la noche. Estaba muy limpio.
La experiencia ha sido perfecta.
