The living room is situated on the first floor from where you can also access one of the private terraces. Also located on this floor is the fully equipped kitchen as well as a complete bathroom.

The operator of this accommodation is obligated to provide, alongside the accommodation service, the following services:
• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.
